Buying solar equipment from Türkiye: specify the whole package.
A practical enquiry structure for modules, inverters, batteries, documentation and delivery interfaces.
Discuss your project ↗Send a usable bill of materials
List quantities, required models or minimum technical characteristics, approved alternatives, destination and target delivery programme. State whether mounting, cables, protection, monitoring and spare parts are included. Distinguish a product-only purchase from engineering or installation support so that quotations cover the same package.
Check compatibility before substitution
A module or inverter with a similar headline rating is not automatically interchangeable. Ask the engineering team to review relevant electrical limits, physical dimensions, communication interfaces and mounting requirements. For batteries, model and firmware compatibility should be confirmed with the selected equipment documentation rather than inferred from brand names.
Make document requirements explicit
Specify the technical sheets, product identification, conformity documents, warranty terms and language needed by the receiving project. Confirm which party checks destination-country requirements. A certificate for a product family should not be assumed to cover every model or installation configuration without examining its scope.
Separate supply from representation
A supplier may offer a product without being an exclusive distributor or official partner. Ask for current evidence if authorised status is a purchasing requirement. Confirm delivery responsibilities, inspection procedure, damage reporting and after-sales channels in the quotation. Website categories are not a live stock commitment.
