Enquiry information
İFAS Enerji Mühendislik Taahhüt Limited Şirketi uses the contact, company and business information, messages and attachments you submit to assess your request and contact you. Enquiries and files are held in an authorised administration area. You can use contact, quotation, career and partnership forms without allowing analytics.
Optional visitor analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics”, the site records visited page paths, click positions, link types, scroll percentages, screen width, device category and the referring site’s domain. A random session identifier is assigned. Analytics does not start without permission. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences are supported.
Form text, passwords, keystrokes, screenshots and screen recordings are not collected by the analytics system. Clicks within form areas are excluded from heatmaps. URL query parameters and full referring page addresses are not recorded.
Linking an enquiry to a visit
If you submit a form during a session with analytics consent, the enquiry is linked to the session identifier. Authorised site administrators can then review the pages and clicks leading to the enquiry. Visitors who do not submit a form are not identified by name or contact information.
Retention and browser storage
Analytics reports cover the last 90 days. Expired analytics records are deleted during automatic maintenance. A session ends after 30 minutes of inactivity. Your analytics choice is remembered in this browser for up to 180 days, and the random session information is stored in the tab’s session storage. These records are not used to create advertising profiles or third-party advertising cookies.
Enquiry records are separate from analytics records. To request information, correction or deletion relating to an enquiry, contact info@ifasenerji.com. Short-lived, one-way hashed technical keys are used to limit form abuse.
Changing your choice
Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change your choice. “Necessary only” stops new measurement and requests deletion of this browser’s current analytics session. An enquiry already submitted remains a separate record. If the deletion request cannot be sent because of a connection issue, contact us by email.
Service infrastructure
The site, enquiries and analytics are processed through the site’s hosting and storage infrastructure. Administration access requires account verification. İFAS Partner opens a separate website, where account and data processes are managed independently.
