Requesting a return

Our published returns process asks customers to notify us within 14 days of delivery. Products should be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Special-order or custom-made products may be excluded, subject to the transaction and applicable rights.

How the process works

Send your order number and reason for the request to info@ifasenerji.com or contact us on 0536 690 91 03. Our team reviews the request and provides return instructions. After approval, send the product with its invoice to the confirmed return address. Our published process assigns return shipping to the customer except for faulty or defective products. Approved refunds are made through the original payment method after inspection.

Damaged or defective deliveries

Please report delivery damage or defects promptly. Our published process asks for notification within seven days and states that İFAS Enerji covers shipping for faulty or defective products. This process does not remove statutory rights or replace the terms applicable to a particular transaction.

Product condition and exceptions

Requests involving products used or damaged after delivery, damaged original packaging or an expired applicable return period need individual review. Contact us before shipping an item. The written terms of the transaction and applicable mandatory rights remain relevant.
